- why 50 billions aid for Ukraine is not just financially important, but signals that EU support will acquire ever  greater importance in the times, when US role as a leader is (temporarily) weaker;

- it was politically comfortable for many EU member states to support Ukraine, but stay behind US playing role of undoubtful leader of the coalition. Now there is no choice for Germany, France, Italy and many other MS to be more active;
