Russia is failing in its terror tactics against Ukraine

Russia wants the last word in the ongoing battles in Ukraine, and with talk of missiles, it is responding with more than eighty missiles to Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, two days after an explosion damaged a strategic bridge linking Russia with the Crimea.
