Ukraine’s Strategy for Building Relations with the Population of Crimea and Donbass. Lessons Learnt from Georgia for Ukraine

From September 2014, in the framework of the project Ukraine – out of the Crisis through Dialogue three working visits of Ukrainian experts and journalists to Georgia were organized, in order to study the positive and negative aspects of Georgian reforms. In addition, three round tables were held, with the participation of experts from Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, and EU countries. As a result, participants of the project prepared several analytical materials. The document which was jointly prepared by Ukrainian and Georgian experts is aimed at helping the Ukrainian government and civil society to formulate policy in regard to the populations of occupied territories.
