Ukrainian president warns 'war is returning to Russia'

Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the frontline of the war in Ukraine is shifting, after weeks of strikes on Russian territory. A drone hit a police station in the Russian region of Briansk overnight, while on Sunday, Russia accused Ukraine of carrying out a drone attack on Moscow. Petro Burkovskiy, Executive Director of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation,  weighs in for TRT World.
