This publication presents comparative data from eleven national public opinion polls conducted between 1994 and 2004 by the Institute of Sociology (National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) with the assistance of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation and the Socis Center for Social and Political Research. The publication tracks the changes that have occurred in public opinion concerning a variety of social issues in Ukraine.
